By: NTRA.Com   The National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA) announced today that Arlington International Racecourse in Arlington Heights, Ill., near Chicago, has earned full accreditation from the NTRA Safety & Integrity Alliance. Arlington hosts its annual International Festival of Racing on Saturday featuring six stakes, five of them graded, including three Grade I turf events.
