Education is the foundation for good decisions and avoidance of errors. The RMTC is committed to educating racing’s stakeholders on practices to  improve racehorse health, prevent or mitigate injuries to horses and humans, promote integrity in competition, and provide the public with insight into our sport’s commitment to the care of its racehorses — before, during, and after their racing careers.

The RMTC provides guest instructors to the University of Arizona’s Racetrack Industries Program and the Godolphin Flying Start program to mentor horse racing’s future leaders.
Professional Development
The RMTC has funded post-doctoral programs to develop individuals to lead horse racing’s drug testing and anti-doping programs into the future.
