Leadership Training

The RMTC provides guest instructors to the University of Arizona’s Racetrack Industries Program  and the Godolphin Flying Start program to mentor horse racing’s future leaders.

Professional Development

The RMTC has funded post-doctoral programs to develop individuals to lead horse racing’s drug testing and anti-doping programs into the future.

The RMTC and NTRA combined resources to offer RegVet CE, a continuing education program with content developed specific to the duties, responsibilities, and skills required of racing regulatory veterinarians. Initially offered in 2018, this annual conference has attracted more than 160 veterinarians from across North America, Great Britain, Australia, Hong Kong, Chile, and the Caribbean.
