By: Brent Zerafa Chris Waller's appeal against the $30,000 fine imposed as a result of one his horses testing positive to ice has been reduced to $5000 by the Racing NSW appeal panel. Waller pleaded guilty to a charge of AR178 in December last year after a post-race urine sample taken from Betcha Thinking was
