Patricia Farro, leading trainer in 2016 at Parx Racing, returns to the suburban Philadelphia, Pa., track from a 15-day medication violation suspension on Saturday, March 4. Another Parx-based trainer, Miguel Penaloza, has 2 1/2 weeks left on a 45-day suspension for two violations related to medication and possession of a hypodermic needle.

Billy Lion Heart was disqualified from the win and purse money redistributed. Farro also was assigned two multiple medication violation points.
